Edit Registry Entry

The Vehicle Identification Number will be checked to make sure it is in the Registry and that the password is correct.

You will then be presented with the existing information and can change any of it. You can then submit the changes. A page will present the revised data after updating the Registry.

No attempt is made to validate the information entered. The Vehicle Identification Number was originally compared to the Lotus format and was found to be correct. You cannot change the VIN once entered the first time. Notify the webmaster if the number was entered incorrectly so it can be deleted.

It is important to enter your build date correctly. You can find the build date on a sticker on the door opening, near the lock, on the driver's side of the car. Leaving the build date blank will cause your car to be sorted at the beginning of the display of all cars, and manufacturing changes will have little meaning. (It does not help to sort by VIN or serial number since Lotus did not produce cars in serial number order.

Please contact the webmaster if you have problems with the Registry or suggestions for improving it.
