Slot Machine Music Box?

I bought this music box from the Music Box Factory in San Francisco as a present for my wife. I think they took advantage of me. It appears to be a music box from an antique console slot machine or from a railroad station pay music box. I purchased it in 1980 or so.

Several of the tips are missing, I suspect the comb is out of tune, and a tooth is broken. It is very dirty and cannot be played safely. I cannot remember the tunes.
