Purchase Information
Purchase: In order to purchase one of Michelle's paintings, please visit the Gallery and go to the album of your choice. There you can search for paintings that are available for purchase. Find the painting you like and view the large image. At the bottom you will find a "PURCHASE" button. Click the button and you will be asked to enter your contact information.
Shipping: All paintings are shipped flat by a service that includes a tracking number. There is a flat fee of $25 for shipping and handling costs. International shipping and customs fees are determined at the time of sale and may exceed the basic fee. You will receive an email with the shipping and tracking information. Items are shipped within 2 weeks: once payment has been confirmed.
Taxes: Appropriate taxes are added to the total. As I live in California in the United States the current tax rate is 8.5%.
Payment Type: Payment can be made through Paypal, direct bank transfer, or through a personal cheque. If you would like Paypal or direct bank transfer I will provide my account and route number when I email you back regarding the total cost of the painting plus shipping and, if necessary, customs. If you would like to pay by cheque please make it payable to: Michelle Droettboom. Please mail check to 1647 7th St., Berkeley, CA 94710. Your item will be shipped as soon as payment is confirmed.
Return Policy: Please email me within 5 days if you do not want to keep the painting. You will then have 2 weeks in which to return the painting. Please use the original packing materials if possible. Please use a tracking number for the return process as well. Once the painting has been received in its original condition you will be provided with a full refund less the original shipping costs of $25.
