Second Attempt to Return Incorrect Part

After several attempts to find the correct part for my cooktop, Kari was unable to help. She continues to specify the same part that was sent. I know this is not the correct part. As I have stated several times, there are two similar parts, one with white wires and one with yellow. They differ in the resistance and one is for the early model cooktop and the other for later models. You sent me the one with yellow wires. My cooktop uses the one with white wires.

I want to return the incorrect part. Please let me know what I need to do.
